How long will my refund take?

-PTS standard refunds for returned items typically take 3-5 business days.

-Once the returned item has been processed our fulfillment operation team member will initiate refund request.

-Any purchase through a third party could take 7-10 business days for full refund to be fulfilled.

-Online credit and debit card refunds take 5-7 days to be fulfilled.

How long will my exchange take?

-Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days once our fulfillment operation team member receives the purchased item.

-Your new item will be shipped by priority mail expected delivery 2-3 business days.

-If the item or size is no longer available a refund will be issued.

-A new charge may be placed on the exchange order.


Refund and Exchange Policy

-If you are not completely satisfied with your Play To Score Sports Gear order, we offer a full-refund within 14-days of your purchase. The following restrictions apply.

-Final sale purchases are not available for returns or exchanges.

-Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

-Purchased item must be unworn with the original tags

-Items must be returned in the original packaging bags and PTS tags.

-Items received more than 30 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

-Online purchases must be returned within 14-days of delivery date for full refund.

-Pop Up Shop purchases can be returned at any location with proof of purchase.

-Pop Up Shop purchases returned by mail for a refund, a receipt or proof or purchase is required.

-Store credit or gift card option will apply in some circumstances.

-Return delivery may be delayed due to weather, operational, or high impact holiday season.

-Refund and Exchange are guaranteed, if fulfillment operation team member determines workmanship quality issues with purchased item or customer receives wrong item.

-Our fulfillment operations team member will create a new open invoice in our system to initiate exchange. It will be marked as fulfilled upon delivery confirmation of new item.

-We reserve the right, with sole discretion, through our fulfillment operation team, to issue your refund with an Play To Score Sports Gear gift card or store credit.

-Keep you order number, tracking number, and digital receipt for reference for your refund or exchange.

-We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

-Exchanged items will only be sent to original purchased address.

-All returns are processed according to our return policy.

-We don't accept international returns or COD returns.


Return Policy

ANY PLAY TO SCORE SPORTS GEAR ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WORKMANSHIP RELATED SHOULD BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO OUR FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS TEAM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
