SYNOPSIS
Born in San Antonio, Texas in 1974, Brian Green has excelled at basketball since elementary school, being the only 5th grader on the sixth grade team. He became one of the top players in high school in the state of Texas and throughout the city of San Antonio. He continued to thrive at Howard Jr College and McClennan Community College from 1992-1994 where he was able to earn an Academic and Athletic Scholarship to play at the University of Nevada Reno. In 1996, Brian went undrafted, but signed a one-year deal with the Phoenix Suns and participated in L.A. Summer League and Salt Lake City Summer League. Impressing the coaching staff and owners Brian was invited to Veterans Camp with fellow rookies Ben Davis and two-time NBA MVP, four time NBA All-Star Steve Nash.
EARLY CAREER
Considered an NBA talent and one of the top prospects entering the NBA, professional basketball player Brian Green first discovered the sport through family experience. With his dad being a good player, and seven uncles who all played basketball, it was destine for Brian to play basketball, and love basketball. He continued to display an impressive set of skills on the court. At John Jay High School in San Antonio, Texas, B.G. helped his team to the 1991 State Championship Game. He was named to the 1992 All- City Team and also 1992 All- State Honorable Mention Team. Brian’s, senior year he led the city in scoring with a 28.2 per game average.
Brian continued to develop and improve his game through two seasons of Jr. College basketball at Howard Jr. College in Big Springs, TX and McClennan Community College in Waco, TX. After two season of Jr. College basketball, Brian Green’s college career continued at the University of Nevada from 1994-1996. As a member of the Wolfpack Brian led his team in scoring as a junior and senior, also earned Big West Tournament MVP in 1996.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Brian Green was named to the Junior Olympics with the San Antonio All Stars his Senior Year in High School. In 1994-1996 played on national television (ESPN) while at the University of Nevada. In 1996, Brian Signed a one-year deal with the Phoenix Suns. Continuing on his career path Brian sign his second professional contract in the Philippines Basketball Association (PBA). Other overseas professional stops for B.G. included National Basketball League (NBL) in Australia, China Basketball Association (CBA) in Liolang, China, Good Year League in Siroki, Bosnia, Spanish Basketball League in Valls and Castellon, Spain. Brian Green most exciting moment came when his hometown team the San Antonio Spurs signed him in 2003. Brian spent seven summers training, playing, and developing his game with the Spurs Players Tim Duncan, Malik Rose, Bruce Bowen, Brent Berry, Terry Cummings, Del Demps, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, David Robinson, Willie Anderson, Vinny Del Negro, Sean Elliott and many other NBA players.

PLAY TO SCORE SPORTS GEAR
During the 1999-2000 season Brian Green was playing for the Dakota Wizards, where he led the league in scoring and was named league MVP. That season the first Play To Score t-shirt was designed and put on the market for sell. With over 5000 loyal fans the t-shirts sold fast and often!! It did not take long for a second design to be presented with a demand. Play To Score Sports Gear grew each year and continued developing new shirt designs. In 2002, we began to manufacture our own clothing, shorts, t-shirts, sweat suits, gym bags, ladies cotton shorts, baby tees, etc. It was an exciting time for the company! With some success and continued demand Play To Score Incorporated and Registered Trade Name in 2004. Launching the opening of the first Play To Score Sports Gear Store Location in San Antonio, Texas. One year later the Pro Shop opened in Houston, Texas. Play To Score Sports Gear transitioned into Play To Score Team Uniforms and has been outfitting thousands of young athletes all over the United States for more than 10 years.
PASSION FOR BASKETBALL
As Brian’s career was ending he found ways to keep himself involved in the game by creating basketball clothing and training younger players. He has since starting Coaching and using his experience and passion for the game to build young talent. It has also been a tool for marketing the brand as all players involved wear Play To Score Brand Team Uniforms and Apparel!

VISION AND LEGACY
Brian Green’s ultimate goal after the hoop dream, was to outfit a generation of young athletes with a new brand of sports gear. From the beginning the niche was in him and he has continued to develop and market the brand.
